House Rules & Policies
• No Food or Drink in the Play Area
• No Shoes Allowed
• Socks are required to be worn at all times
• Do not Climb the exterior of play structure or up the slide
• Parents are responsible for monitoring their children
• Waivers are required prior to entering the play area
• If your child is sick or has a cough keep them home and get some rest, we will not grant admission
• Common Courtesy, Be Kind, Play Nice and Have fun
• Any incident please report to our staff we are here to help
• 2 hours party room
• Provide list of any outside food that is going to be brought in
• One hours and 15 minutes in the play area & 45 minutes in the party room
• Party host will assist with food, beverages and take down decorations
• Rooms must be cleaned within 15 minutes after your party, or a $60 fee applies. This ensures smooth scheduling for all guests. Plan accordingly to avoid charges.
• Yes, bring goody bags. Distribute them at the end for safety and a smooth event. Our team can assist.
• Guests can bring decorations but must take them home. For balloon garlands, either take them home or pop them in a provided bag for disposal. This helps keep our room clean & ready for the next party.
